This week, the Minister of National Infrastructure, Energy & Water Resources, Yuval Steinitz (Likud), visited the Kfar Zeitim Torah and Technology Center. We shared with him the development and the history of the institution as well as the makeup of the students body.
During his tour of the center, Minister Steinitz spoke with students of the Industrial Electricity track, sharing his  valuable insider’s view of the energy market in Israel, and the growing need for certified electricians.
Minister Steinitz also met with students in the Carpentry track. In particular, he had the opportunity to meet one of the graduates of the track who works full-time in carpentry and as a teacher. Minister Steinitz was amazed at the journey the graduate underwent, which included 3 years in Nachal Haredi.
The minister was accompanied by the local Regional Council Head Motti Dotan, a longtime friend and supporter of the center.
We are very grateful that Minister Steinitz offered government assistance regarding infrastructure and energy needs for our new campus.
